You can change your password at the password change page and you should, right away. Any passwords not changed in the next week will be deactivated.
We have a new webmail client for you webmail users; it's called roundcube and I like it more than SquirrelMail. Both will remain available for the time being.
Domain owners, please verify your access and let me know if anything is amiss. Everything checks out, but I may have missed some detail of your web site.

7 July Server Move Complete
tty1 is now housed in a secure facility in San Francisco. In addition to fast, multiple peering; 20,000 gallons of fuel oil for the backups; gas fire suppression system; and seismic damping, tty1 also now has a fantastic view of the Bay bridge.
New Server
tty1 is now hosted on a MacOS XServe (Techie notes: Dual 1.3Ghz CPU, 1.5Gb RAM and a couple hundred gigs of RAIDed disk.)
There will be one more period of expected downtime, as noted below, to move tty1 to its new home.
Transition/Scheduled downtime
tty1 will be down for approximately two hours the night of Sunday, 25 June and again for approximately two hours on Wednesday, 28 June, to move from its temporary home to its new facility in San Francisco. Services will be unavailable, but all mail will be held and delivered within a few hours of the outage.
Back up!
TTY1 is now back up and running. If you have trouble accessing your email with the settings below, please contact me for your new password. If you notice any services missing, please request them and I'll get them up sooner than later.
Archived old mail will be returned to user directories soon.
Changes!
tty1 is now run on a MacOS X Server. More details and all old services will follow soon.
Please use the webmail link on the right to log in to your email. If you have account troubles, please contact Joshua and he will get you your replacement password.
Mail client (like Entourage, Apple Mail) settings have changed slightly; you should now select "MD5 Challenge Response" as the password type. This setting is in the Advanced tab in Apple Mail and probably most other mail clients. Other settings should remain the same. This includes using port 125 under 'SMTP' if you have problems using the default port 25 for SMTP (sending mail).
Old mail will be available soon, as we recover and move it from the old tty1 server.
What?!
Why was tty1 down? Would you believe we were attacked again by Romanian hackers? We're moving to another site and have gone through another round of security updates, including switching to MacOS X Server. Old services will be turned back on as they are evaluated for security.
